What’s happened to the grand entrance?  Gates that welcome you to an area with pizazz and make you feel like you are entering into something really special, not just some automatic doors that swish open.  I’m talking about a landmark gate that towers above you as you approach it from any angle and makes you go “Wow! Here we are!!”. Include a circular drop off/pick up street for easy access and egress.  Place a nice environmentally friendly grass roof on it, make it architecturally cool and people will want to Twitter/Facebook it immediately.
