After stepping through the main gates, you are now in a well designed and aesthetically pleasing parkade of shops, cafes and other businesses that are unique to Lansdowne.  I’m not talking about Mailboxes Etc. or Pizza Pizza but rather stores that are classy and have a reputation for being desirable, whether it be jewelry, clothing, galleries or other unique shops that offer one of a kind items. Make these businesses WANT to be in Lansdowne. Get in some big names and the area will build itself as a shopping destination much like Westboro, when stores like MEC and Lululemon transformed the whole strip into a trendy and desirable shopping zone.  Yes, even a nice movie theatre would be great in there...whatever happened to the downtown neighbourhood cinema anyway?
